This was a lot of fun. I made a new friend this week, and together we created this video yesterday in her kitchen. I made “Shaved Brussels Sprout Slaw” from Extraordinary Vegan, and she shot it—handheld!—with an iPhone 5S. Just when I think I’ve gotten a little jaded, something like this comes along, widens my horizons, and I think to myself, “Wow–what an exciting time to be alive!”
